OUR STRATEGY
 

Aside from the centralized management and operations, our company strategy relies on standardization of concepts and processes. This allows us to lay our particular focus on the one thing that truely matters: our guests.

All additional activities are centrally coordinated. Not limited to solely our accounting, HR, purchasing or IT, but also marketing, sales, revenue- and convention management, as well as a reservations department operating around the clock.
